Accessibility Statement

Our commitment to making Zaxvix digital experiences usable by as many people as possible.

Zaxvix aims to use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as the design and testing target, even where a specific statutory accessibility regime may not apply to every service.

1. Our commitment

We aim to design and develop digital services that are perceivable, operable, understandable and robust. Accessibility is considered in design, content, development and testing.

2. Measures

  • Semantic HTML and logical heading structure.
  • Keyboard-accessible navigation and visible focus states.
  • Sufficient colour contrast and scalable text.
  • Alternative text for meaningful images.
  • Form labels, error messages and clear instructions.
  • Reduced-motion support where animation is not essential.

3. Current status

Before production launch, the website should undergo automated and manual accessibility testing, including keyboard-only use, screen-reader checks, zoom and contrast review. Known issues should be documented here rather than hidden.

4. Feedback and assistance

If you encounter a barrier or need information in another format, contact hello@zaxvix.com. Please describe the page, the problem and any assistive technology used. We will make reasonable efforts to respond and provide an accessible alternative.

5. Review

This statement will be reviewed when major design or platform changes are released and after material accessibility findings.

These documents are practical website policies and should be reviewed by qualified Swedish legal counsel before production use, especially when paid services, accounts, analytics or new processors are introduced.
